Contour plots demonstrate the typical antigenic features of differentiated AMOL: Positivity for the mature monocytic CD14 antigen, double staining for HLA-DR and the immature moncytic CD11b marker, often negativity of the mature monoblasts for the stem cell CD34 antigen.[4]

There is a partial differentiation as prmocytes are increased in number.[1]
