Atlas With Flow Cytometry Utilized In AML Today

DESCRIPTION: M7

Acute leukemias that lack myeloperoxidase and express only selective myeloid antigens. (Shown) CD13 positive, but CD33, CDw65 and CD11b negative, can be identified as AMKL by their reactivity with antibodies to platlet-specific glycoproteins, in this case CD41. AMKL usually express HLA-DR and CD34.[4]

Large blast with condensed chromatin that stained positive for platelet glycoprotein (CD41).[1]
