S302 In 1998, the patient came to the liver clinic. He had been followed at another medical center for eight years. He now had a marked increase in fatigue and was no longer able to work. Physical examination revealed temporal muscle wasting and increased vascular markings on the abdominal wall. There were no ascites or encephalopthy. Serum bilirubin and albumin had risen.
