Iam 22 yeas old . iam suffering from TESTICULAR
CARCINOMA.THIS IS REPORT MY DOCTOR WROTE FOR ME.
22 years old ,Ahmed warsama
suffering from the enlargement of the left testicle for more than 6
month. The swelling initial was painless but latter on it became painfuly and
increased in size with time and also had decreased in sexualy perfomance and
genital organs are some how atrophy with =Gynacomastia.
Human chorinic gonadotropin hormone test was
positive.Bp done normal ESR=72mm/hr ,urineanalysis -normal .other test were not
conclusive was given difference type of antibiotics and anti inflamatory drugs
without improvement so patient is reffered to you for further investigation and
management with professional diognosis of testicular carcinoma.

CANCER TREATMENT AND GENARAL COST INVOLVED.
