[MOL] Lung Cancer - Looking for trial

Recently my friend have been diagnosed with
non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), metastatic, stage IV.
Now she still remains untouched by chemotherapy or any
other
treatment and feels physically normal.

Traditional approaches such as chemotherapy and
radiotherapy
would leave her 1-1.5 years max.

Meanwhile there are some other approaches (in trials) which
include antibodies and possibly transplants of spinal cord
fluid cells
from relatives(?).

Could anyone please recommend a trial with promising
science in
background?
She would be willing to take some risk rather than going
for
standard chemotherapy.

Any names, references, links, ideas?

Thanks to everybody for support!
