What are the side effects of prostate removal? Can high dose radiation be a
viable alternative? What are the side effects of radiation therapy?
Particularly, what are the effects of either treatment on sexual potency.
Have a gleason of 6, a psa of 7.6 (a year ago it was 4.3), diagnosed with
cancer of the left prostate lobe (via biopsy), right lobe is 'ok' but has
atypical cells, no tumors. 49 years old, sexually active.
