[MOL] lung cancer

My father was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma with the primary being the lung
in May of 2000. It is metasisis to the bone and in the lymph nodes. They
did radiation and chemotherapy and did not get results. The cancer has come
back with a vengeance and now his right lung (primary cancer source) is
filled with fluid and is being drained so he can breathe better. My
question is how quick is this lung going to fill up with fluid again and
what causes it, and what can we be expecting? I appreciate your response
very much!
Kathleen
