Thanks for the reply Peggy, my husband is optimistic and promises me someday he will be
whole again and able to have sex. What bothers me is he is so consumed with his cancer
that he rarely gives me a hug or a kiss or love you or nothing. Just constant fight for
a cure is all he dwells on. I try to remind him to think of other things and lately he
has been able to do some things he enjoys which is tooling leather. He made me a saddle
for my horse and something for me to have for the rest of my life. It is beautiful and
even though there are some places where I can see his hand was shaking I just am
overwhelmed by his love to do this for me because I know it physically hurt to work on
it and build it all from his wheelchair. I think he figured out how to express his love
through making the saddle. With tears in my eyes, I share this with you all.....Beav
