I'm a 68 year old in reasonably good health that has recently been diagnosed
with prostate cancer. The bone scans and CT scans indicate that there is no
metastases. My PSA was 5.6 and my Gleason score was 3+4=7. I have opted
for surgery on the 26th of Oct, but I'm not sure why. I've been trying to
get into discussion groups on the internet with no success. If anyone who
reads this can offer me any advice whatsoever, I'd be very greatful.
