Sorry it has taken me so long to respond.  Perhaps you were low in Vit. E
and the level needs to be brought up.  The average person does not need to
take Vit. E. Like Vit. C, Vit. E has a way of turning and helping cancer to
grow.  It is far better to get your vitamins through good eating habits.
