A friend of mine has a daughter-in-law who just had part of a lung removed.
She is in a great deal of pain and whatever meds the doctor has given her
does not seem to be working. He appears to be fearful of giving her anything
stronger, i.e., Morphine. Meanwhile she is crying. I don't know what other
peoples experiences are with this, but I would like to know. It just seems
so cruel to me.
