My dear Martha! I can't tell you how wonderful it is to see you back online,
and how devastated I am to learn what you've been going through. My prayers
are definitely with you, dear. I've taken Xanax and Ativan both. I think
they probably are addictive, but I haven't become addicted to either one.
Also, there is a new anxiety medication called Buspar that is supposed to
work very well. You might ask your doctor about it. I hope you find
something that works for you, dear.
