I got your address off the internet when searching meningioma. I have a
question - hopefully you can help me. My mom was diagnosed with, and had
surgery for meningioma last November 1999. The surgery was a success, thank
God and the healing process is going well. However, she has been troubled
by this annoying "ticking" sound in her head. Some days it is worse than
others. She has seen a couple doctors about it...no answers. She tried
accupuncture for a few weeks...no change. Her surgeon says that he has
heard of this before but that he doesn't know what it is, and that it had
merely disappeared eventually in other patients. Meanwhile, it is horrible;
it drives her up the wall. Please...do you have any information about this
at all?? Or any links or doctors I could contact? Anything is better than
none.
