I can tell you there is hope for bladder cancer. My favorite uncle (my hero)
had bladder cancer  and had 10 hr surgery  in Dallas (I think). It was a few
yrs back and I'm sorry I don't remember all the details. They did something
fairly new at the time because Uncle Bob's surgery (and tummy) are in a
medical book. He survived over 5yrs(maybe closer to 10) and was doing very
well; no reoccurrence, then was killed  in auto accident. He was a survivor
of bladder cancer. You would never know  to see him and be around him that
