Dear Betty: I am so sorry to hear of your mothers
passing. I know that the shortness of time left, this had to be
devastating to you.
Please know that we are not in the medical profession. I
am including something that I had just sent out today that may be of help to
you. Some cancers do move rapidly, especially when they have spread.
I would suspect that the cancer had already spread or that his predictions
were wrong. I say predictions, because we know of so many cancer patients
who are told they have a few months and they are still with us year's later,
thank God. There is also the possibility that she died of another cause
even.
I know words are not consoling right now; but there is one
good thing and that is that your mother did not linger. May you find
peace, warmly, lillian
My Mother was diagnosed with Adeno Carcinoma
Blatter cancer two months ago. They removed most of the tumor but could
not get it all because of her health and age of 88. They said no drugs
would help this kind of cancer, but gave her one to two years to live.
Within two months it had spread to her bones, liver and lungs and
kidney. She passed away last week.
Does this kind of cancer spread slowly in some
people her age or is it just a rapid killer once you have it internally and if
it cannot be removed completely.
I am confused because of her rapid demise and the
Doctors initial prognosis.
