Jeanne, It really is pretty easy, just get one of those plastic caps with
the elastic around the head, kinda like a hair net, then put some ice in a
zip lock bag (lose ice) then put it inside the plastic cap an on your heard
it goes...is worth a try that's for sure  xo  Dean
