since transformed into AML. I can't remember life before this...
My dad had topotecan-arac the first time. It did nothing. Round 2 was
called M. E. C. I cannot spell these names Mitrocaine Etopican and C stands
for arac. This protocol worked. It was for 11 days and he went through it
all: Nausea, hair loss, sores, weight loss and vomiting but he prevailed. He
just finished 4 days of "consolidation chemo" with the M. E. C. Once his
numbers recover he will start stem cell procedures. How is your Mom doing???
Is she in remission? What hospital are you having treatment at?
