Re: [MOL] Hello Everyone

Hi Andre!  You did not mention the type cancer nor the stage of your mother's cancer.  Welcome to our wonderful forum, I think you found your home away from home.  You mentioned that your mother is depressed.  Is she on a medication for depression.  Often depression goes hand and hand with cancer; so you should talk to her doctor about this.  I understand what you are going through to try and provide the very best care for your mother.  Once you let me know the type cancer, her treatments, and the stage, I will be able to send you more information to help you.  Rest assure that there are more people who live with cancer than die from it.  I am a two time cancer survivor myself.  I am sending you the URL to our album.  It has a lot of excellent information in it, some wonderful survivor stories, pictures of our survivors and a memorial section (you may want to skip that section!).  Warmly, your friend, lillian

We invite you to take a look at our Album.
