No doubt that answer made you sit up straight and wonder what in the world
is she talking about.  I misunderstood your e-mail.  I thought you were
talking about taking a vacation.  Good golly this is a big ha ha on me!

Where would I suggest you go for treatment is the question.  Dave that is a
hard one.  I believe the only main criteria is that it be a full service
cancer facility with a good reputation.  This means that all cancer
therapies are available.  That the Doctors treat many many patients with the
same type cancer and have pretty much seen it all.  Now this doesn't mean
that there are not some excellent hospitals or doctors who are not in the
big league; but I would prefer to be where the doctor is able to confer with
colleges.  I would also have a team of doctors, the onc., rad.; etc.

You know Dave, you could send all your records, slides, films to any of the
major cancer facilities and they for a small fee will read them and make a
recommendation.

I see you are really wrestling with this.  A old saying goes "when in doubt,
don't".  This is called listening to your body, it will not lead you wrong.
