My Dad is 81 and has NSCLC(bronchoalveolar) and has been taking Taxol &
Carboplatin for about 4 months. He has Taxol wk#1, Taxol & Carbo wk#2, Taxol
wk#3, then 4th week off. Has had no problems with it, has good appetite,
drives himself 40 miles roundtrip to chemo and hasn't even lost his hair.
Blood counts are always in normal range.Only problem he had was when they
switched him to Taxotere-big problem-so switched back. He has lots of
prayers going for him which I feel helps tremendously.Will pray you get
