Hey girlfriend, I don't know about Stevia, just learning about it the same
time you are; but I am diabetic 2 and we have to be just as careful in
watching our carbo intake; as it turns to sugar. I really read the labels
and make sure that what ever I am eating is also low on sodium. What I do
is take my sugar count first thing in the am. if it is in the 80's and does
not go pass the 90's it means I get a reward (some type of goodie!) love
