Hi Dave; My husband has the same problem with the no sugar! As far as I know,
what I've learned along the cancer trail is that sugar feeds cancer! So no
sugar!!! There is a product that you can buy at health food stores called
STEVITA STEVIA, it is a pure and natural replacement for sugar and is safe for
diabetics. You have to experiment with it to get the right mixture so it is
sweet but it is better then no sugar at all. Some holistic docs. say honey is as
bad as sugar (to feed cancer). it's unfortunate that sugar is not good because
it tastes sooo good! Good luck. Beav
