Dave, never feel stupid, we all ask many questions when we first come on

There are over 150 different types of cancer, and then there are dozens of
different type cancer cells, and then Lord knows how many therapies there
are, medications; etc. etc. etcl. And none of us have all the answers. In
time we get perhaps a bit savy; but then it doesn't take long to find out we
really didn't know anything after all. The point is, keep asking questions
and your heart will tell you when you get the right answers; but never stop
