Rohit, I don't know if any one has told you but you can freeze( not in
the can) Ensure and eat it like ice cream.
Some people tolerate it better that way.
Also did you know Instant Breakfast made with whole milk is about as
good as Ensure and a lot cheaper. You could compare labels so you
