Jeannie,
It most certainly is something to rejoice about. I just read a note from
one of my brothers to my husband. My husband asks "What great news?" I
guess he still has no idea how blessed he is with the news. He feels that
because he still has to go through another surgery that it's not all that
good a news. He's had that thing on his face for over 2 years. It's been
quite active for almost a year. It started getting bumby and itchy over the
past few months along with changing shapes and white spots in it. With all
those symptoms and he still has no idea how blessed he is.
Don't get me wrong, his faith is as strong as mine. He truly has no idea
how dangerous his situation has been. He's not a big reader and doesn't go
online much. I've had some medical terminology classes and some minor
medical classes and much was spent on melanomas. I was quite frightened for
him. He figures what he doesn't know won't hurt him. I say "Praise God!!!"
Anyway, thanks so much for your prayers and well wishes. We are tickled
all is well.
Marlene
