My 11 yr old son's room is a constant "room in progress", with walls that
just beg me to do something to them. I recently painted the walls blue and
painted fish, coral, sea grass, etc. to make the room look like an
aquarium-even ran a paint brush lightly across the ceiling to give an
underwater look. He's grown out of that and I want to use the "plastic bag
technique" to add white to the blue for an overall cloud effect. The fish
wipe off because I used poster paint to get them on the wall. A fact not
lost on the kid who decided to see if the fish could swim and squirted one
with a water gun - running the poor fish down the wall! Yes, I love my son -
98% of the time. :) Anyway, my mom has lung cancer (and emphysema) and she
wants to help me with the addition of the white. Is it safe to have her in
the room with paint flying around (I'm a wild woman with a paint brush)??
She has portable oxygen and uses a nebulizer, but I don't want to compromise
her lungs anymore than they already are. Help anyone?
