[MOL] Invasive Lobular Carcinoma (ILC) treatment

My mother has Breast cancer (Infiltrating Lobular Carcinoma / ILC Stage II -
spread to the lymph nodes) --- She has undergone a lumpectomy and is now
looking at chemo, radiation later on and maybe hormone therapy as well...
can anyone tell me if ILC is treated differently from the more common breast
cancer type called IDC (Infiltrating/invasive ductal carcinoma)?> and do
you know of a clinic/hospital that specializes in this treatment? WE live
in Brazil and are not sure if in the US the treatment might be better?

Thanks for your kind help, Luc.
