Hi Dusti,
I am so sorry to hear about what is going on with your Mother.
Yes call Hospice, have the Social worker come out and explain to you all the
ways they can help you.  Your doctor will have to request Hospice for your
Mother.  Hospice will come out and answer all your questions.
They are there for your family as well as your Mother.
All Medications are paid.
They will send someone out to clean the house, even if it is your house.
They help with showers.
They will keep her as pain free as possible.
They are still there for you after your Mother is gone.
Some of the Hospice's will give IV's, etc.
They also help with funeral costs.
God bless you and yours.
Check it out.
Love you,
Nanc ():-)

A young couple got married and left on their honeymoon.
Back at home for a few days, the bride called her mother.
"Well, how was the honeymoon?" asked the mother.

"Oh, Mama," she replied, "the honeymoon was wonderful!
So romantic..." Suddenly she burst out crying. "But, Mama,
as soon as we returned, Sam started using the most
horrible language. He's been saying things I've never
heard before! All these awful four-letter words! You've got
to come get me and take me home! Please, Mama!"

"Sarah, Sarah," her mother said, "calm down! Tell me,
what could be so awful? What four-letter words has he
been using?"

"Please don't make me tell you, Mama," wept the
daughter, "I'm so embarrassed! They're just too awful!
You've got to come get me and take me home! Please,

"Darling, baby, you must tell me what has you so upset.
Tell your mother these horrible four-letter words!"
Still sobbing, the bride replied, "Oh, Mama ... words
like dust, wash, iron, and cook..."
