Re: [MOL] Alternative Medicine What's Hot-Zoloft Wrong Drug for Panic/REPLY TO MARTY/Zoloft

Dear John,

I dont believe there are many that would disagree with you or this
article. The key is that this article pointed out is thus:

"Nonetheless, the panel recommended small increases in the
recommended daily intake of vitamins C and E, which can be
obtained
through a diet rich in fruits and vegetables."

"Although many studies have shown that people who eat diets rich in
fruits
and vegetables have a lower risk of many types of cancer, the
studies
could not pinpoint particular nutrients as providing the
benefit, and many
researchers believe that fruits and vegetables contain other
substances, as
yet unidentified, that may have important effects on health."

YOu also have pointed out, as I have and many others, that everything in
moderation is profoundly essential to a well balanced plan and to that I
totally and heartedly agree and which this article points out. Anything
or most things that are consumed in large quantities may not be for the
best interest of health including vitamins. WE all live and learn going
through this disease. when it comes to a well balanced daily regimen of
natural vitamins as in basic food essentials and exercise then we tend
to see long term quality health in a more positive and successful
mainstay. Of course we must not forget stress management and
spirituality and purpose for living in this daily regimen for a well
balanced goal for good health.. This includes both conventional therapy,
when needed, and complementary and supplemental therapy as a daily
regimen to overcoming ill health and maintaining good health. The
article continued to point out the necessities of those food essentials
so richly good in the basic vitamins for restoring and continuiance of
good health. There may never be a need for any vitamin if one consumes
the daily essentials of say organic natural foods, but that is highly
unlikely and difficult. So, when eating the basic foods that contain the
essenial antioxidant vitamins to thwart off colds or cancer is
consistant in a well balanced moderation diet, then as scientists will
proclaim as does the article, cancer is limited and in many overcome.
AGain, of course that is not the only thing. Just my opinion, John, and
I believe we concur. So thank you for this article. It makes sense.

So my Brother, I heartedly agree and thank you for sending this message
for we do agree 100% on its content and merit.

God Bless YOu and .....eat your asparagus, LOl.
