Joy, I appreciate this information. It kind of freaks me out that this may be necessary, but such is life. Mom has also dropped a bunch of weight although I have not asked specifically how much in a while. My whole life she has been a size 14 and it is weird seeing her legs looking skinnier. I will find out the results from her CT scan on Thursday when she goes back.
Take care of yourself,
Dusti

Hi Dusti! Nice pun...:) I'm doing ok. the funeral is over and I am left
with wonderful memories that help the healing and hurting as well as many
great friends. We put the Skin Savy on Mom on her tailbone, hip bones and
where here shoulders stuck out about every 6-8 hours. I would say it would
be good to put it on any pressure point...skin and areas that are pressed
against the bed. It was easy to see on mom because she was so thin that
many of her joints stuck out. Sometimes you can see when you move them
where those points are because the skin is alittle redder than the rest of
the skin. We also put it around just the beginning inside of her
rectum...not inside. This helps with any irritation that may be caused
because of needing to wear an adult diaper as my mom did. Hope this helps.
Great to hear from you. I continue to keep you and your family in my
thoughts and prayers. Take care and God Bless. Joy
