I AGREE. And I'd like to add that any and all treatments merely prolong
life. Penecillin prolongs life. An appendectomy prolongs life. My cesarean
section to deliver my son 27 years ago prolonged my life. That's the
doctor's job - to prolong your life. It's God's job to determine the length
of that stay of execution. And it's our jobs to see to it that the time
granted is put to good use. Spend it on hope, not despair. Spend it wisely,
hopefully, and lovingly. None of us knows for how long our lives are
prolonged.
