Re: [MOL] Moduately Differentiated Adeno Carcinoma

Dear Susan,

I am not a Doctor, but if I may suggest some things that may help you
receive all the answers to your questions. First have you asked your
Oncologist about your concerns and all these questions or have you not
been assigned to an Oncologist but rather than a radiologist. That will
make a difference to begin with. The Oncologist is in a better position
to answer each and every question.

Moderately differentiated may or may not mean primary or metastasis.
Anothe question to be asked is that the "moderately differentiated Adeno
carcimona" is a glandular disease but neglects to say of what or which
part of the body. In other words is it an adeno carcimona of the liver,
or kidney or breast or colon. If this is what you have heard or been
told, you need to ask "adeno carcimona of what?" That will tell you the
primiary source and you need to ask if there is a metastasis (spread)
and to what part of the body. Now, the best thing to do is this, if I
may suggest. have a consultation with the Oncologist, ask for and
receive a copy of the pathology reports and all medical and radiology
reports and keep a journal. When you receive these reports, then write
all the questions that you will need in order to get the answers to.

There are varying degree of symptoms to any disease and many times they
are confused and complicated as emotions tend to combine with physical
symptoms. Here again if there are any unusual symptoms, physical or
otherwise, these need to be addressed to the Oncologist as well.

May I also suggest, do not read anything into these very short results
that you have received as you have not received the entire information
in detail. Many times our minds run away with our fears and then tend to
grow, when we just dont know all the details. Pls wait as patiently as
you can and write all the questions that you may have for the Oncologist
prior. When you read the pathology reports come back here and we will
try to decipher in laymans terms what the pathology reports read and
then all of us will then direct you to the next process of beginning an
educational and wellness journey.

God Bless You,
marty auslander
