Hi, Dusti: Percocet is pretty powerful stuff, hon. When I was on morphine,
I eventually realized that it didn't make me feel any better -- I just felt
worse when I didn't take it. It was then that I asked my doctor to take me
off it and put me on something else. She did. She gave me Darvocet instead.
This may not be strong enough for your mom, but it's less dangerous than
Percocet. However, I do NOT think she should suffer any pain, so if you
think her dosage should be increased, it probably should be. Love, Kathy
