[MOL] Flaxseed, omegas

Hi, Lil, June I was talking to my source at a health food store, she
does the cereal bit thing but uses the oil! Reminds me that we use to
put a dab of butter on our oatmeal with brown sugar! I asked her about
the cottage cheese, and she said it was just to allow better absorption
and that putting it on grains would be a better way. The seeds do not
provide the same health benefit as the oil apparently. Just parroting
here. I wonder how much (cup?) is needed to produce a teaspoonful of
oil. Primrose oil and borage oil is a good source of omega-3 if you
prefer tablets and you can get capsules that contain flax, primose so
that you get omega-3,6,9. Haven't checked this out myself yet. Jeanne
