Thank you dear friends for all your warm and wonderful messages and prayers.  It certainly has made the waiting less painful.  Gosh!  All we ever do is wait.  Wait for this test result, wait for this exam, wait, wait, wait.  Patience was never my forte; but I have learned over these past few year's to be a most patient person, a hard lesson.  I sincerely appreciate and love each and everyone of you.  Your friend, lillian

Just talked with my daughter, and things are going very very well for our grand baby.  They have taken 160cc's and she's doing well.   No liver damage, thank God!  Said she is the youngest they have ever seen at this hospital and that both the parents are carriers of the chromo. 6 which causes the condition.  She goes onto a special formula, and special foods and once they are through she will be maintained by a doctor in Charleston, S.C., 75 miles away, not bad.  They do not feel she will be there a full month!  Am I happy?  You better believe it!
