Dear Lil,

May I just add one thing to this form of treatment, Topotecan. For those
who are on Coumadin or Warfarin, a blood thinner, Topotecan is one of
those chemotherapies one must be concerned as Topotecan drives down all
the blood cells quite rapidly, red, white and platelets and the
combination between Topotecan and the blood thinner reacts in such a way
as to cause, in many, spontaneous bleeding and hematomas. That happened
with Barb last July both in her brain and her spine. So one has to be 
cautious when taking this combination of treatments. Just adding my two
cents worth from experience. Thanks Lil for letting me add something
