I found this to be very exciting in terms of cancer fighting and it is
so logical and reasonable and easy to do. I know that this recipe has
worked well for my Brother in law Eddie, Barbs Brother who has Prostate
cancer and his PSA is now normal. NOt saying that flaxseed oil was the
predominant factor, but what I am saying is that after being on a daily
diet of flaxseed oil his PSA is much lower. Just my view. Barb will be
taking this recipe daily for some time and it cant hurt. Now the
following is one persons recipe who is a prolific educated individual
to the successes of flaxseed oil. Pls see website at the end of this
message. AGain this is my view and opinion. This is not an advertisement
but since we are devotees of the necessities of nutrition and the
importance of a well balanced diet to fight and overcome cancer, this is

Put in your blender:
1 cup Organic cottage cheese (low fat, soft freshly made cheese,
best make your own)(or use
yogurt)
2-5 Tbsp. of flaxseed oil-
1-3 Tbsp. of freshly ground up flaxseed (electric coffee grinder
($15) works fine)
enough water to make it soft
little cayenne (red hot chilly pepper)
little red pepper

You may use flaxseed oil in any recipe you wish, but the key is to
