WESTPORT, Jan 05 (Reuters Health) - Airway expression of the

gastrin-releasing peptide receptor, a gene tied to lung

carcinogenesis, is more frequent in women than in men,

Pennsylvania researchers report.  They believe that the finding

may help to explain why women are at greater risk of lung cancer

than men.
