You are absolutely right Ellen about certain foods to eat and foods to
avoid.  It is not really that hard.  He needs to stay away from any fried
foods, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and onions to name a few.  Welcome to
our forum, I am glad to hear your father-in-law is doing well other than
those two items.  Nice meeting you!
