Hi Wanda!  There are several possibilities for your friend; however how do
they know it is NSCLC if they do not know the primary?  Does she not fall
into the CUP category?  Did your friend get a second opinion and is she
being treated at a cancer center?  If you could answer these few questions
for me I will be more than happy to do an extensive research.  Your friend,
