FENRETINIDE'S EFFECT ON RISK OF BREAST CANCER RECURRENCE APPEARS AGE RELATED
The vitamin A analog fenretinide has no significant effect in preventing a
second breast malignancy in women with breast cancer, although it may
possibly benefit premenopausal women, a team of Italian and American
researchers report in the November 3rd issue of the Journal of the National
Cancer Institute.
