epirubicin to long-term tamoxifen therapy helps prevent relapse

in postmenopausal women with node-positive breast cancer, but it

does not appear to improve overall survival, according to

Group.  During a median 5.7 years of follow-up, the combination

regimen reduced the risk of breast cancer recurrence by nearly
