Well pal, you would do this to me!  LOL!  My new eating roll consists of
virtually no fats, it is a trade off menu that the hospital gave me; however
it did specifically state no sugar and no honey.  I was also taken back; as
I have always used honey and also use it for sore throats; but friends, I
will let you settle this one and I will just follow the leader.  love ya,
