If you've been treatment free for at least 12 months I'm not familiar with 
any plan that would consider it a pre-existing condition.  But it's always 
good to check.  By the way, most employers will have something written up so 
you can check out if there is a pre-existing condition limitation, and how 
long you have to be treatment free before it doesn't apply.

Good luck!  An employer would have to be a fool to pass up the opportunity to 
hire someone with as much drive and as positive an attitude as you've got!!!
