RE: [MOL] multiple conditions

Good idea Lillian, Mom can be real stubborn about what she wants to eat and
that is why I accomodate her. After the 20 pound weight loss in about a
month, I figure anything is better than nothing. I do buy a lot of fruit
and healthy snacks but she likes homestyle cooking. She is not too enthused
about Ensure but if she starts dropping any weight, I will try and insist.
What do you know about Hypercalcemia (spelled right?) ? Her calcium levels
are through the roof and she has to take aredia treatments that keep her
hydrated about once every other week. She has been doing better with it as
the treatments have gone on but I was curious if other people had problems
with their calcium. M.D. Anderson said that her levels were high enough to
cause heart failure and/or stroke and we must keep a pretty constant monitor
on it. Also, regarding your husband, what does seed implants mean? Thank
you for sharing your knowledge with me. It is a great source of comfort to
me when I read of other people going on in spite of their illness. For a
while it seemed that I was alone and this forum has been most beneficial to
me. I feel like the Lord helped me to find this place and I am grateful.
Talk to you later.

Warmly

Dusti
