Oh yes, they have tried very hard to make us join Tri-Care Prime; but
legally I don't believe they are able to force us. They make it where if we
go to emergency, active duty are taken first, active duty dependent next,
retirees next and last retirees dependents, same for the pharmacy; but there
in no way I will limit myself this way. Same for the Doctors and you can
not make a doctors appt. ahead of time, have to call that day and IF they
have an opening you may get it; but then you could be bumped once you have
sat there a spell. lillian
