Like I said, I had 33, so your wife could conceivably have 13 more. I would
think, Kim, that once the size of the tumor has been reduced, your wife
would be able to move her legs. I had a pinched nerve in my lower back
about ten years ago as a result of a herniated disc, and I was unable to
walk for a week or so because of the intense pain. Once the swelling went
down, though, I had no problem walking. Pressure on nerves can do strange
things -- cut off the brain's message to certain parts of the body.
Eventually, my back healed and I didn't need surgery. Is your wife

Kathy,
My wife had up to date 20 hits of radiation (10 on her lower
spine and pelvic bone, and 10 on her upper spine). Is there maximum number
of radiation a person can receive??? Currently, my wife cancer cell on her
upper spine is causing pressure to her nerve resulting in losing her muscle
movement on her both legs. Tomarrow will be her 10th hit and was wondering
if she will ever be able to move her legs???
