I have to agree with Lil; we talk
about a lot of things on this forum and I don't think we have
to establish a hands off policy when it comes to politics. It kind of
reminds me of the book I am (finally) reading, And Ladies of the
Club by Helen Hooven
Santmyer. In their womens club they avoided all political discussion. Didn't consider it
ladylike. But the setting of this book is in the 19th century
midwest, not the (almost) 21st century. If one finds things
uninteresting they can simply delete it. I agree on the avoidance of
sexually offensive or racially offensive remarks and I would never
presume to give medical advice.

I do not feel that one cannot voice
their opinions, after all, many of us
say we are praying for people. If one
doesn't like what they see the
subject is going to be about they can
delete. I just feel that our forum
has been very open. Even voicing an opinion
is not necessary a judgement.
The only thing we are not permitted to do is
sexual offensive remarks,
racial remarks, or giving medical advice.
