Dear Anna: When I was going through chemo, I couldn't work at all, I was so sick. I was on a very aggressive regimen, and it made me violently ill. I'm amazed at people who can work at all during chemo. I recently had open heart surgery, and I thought it was easier than chemotherapy. You're very brave, but perhaps you did go back too soon. Thanks for the Welcome. I'm doing o.k. I'm currently going thru a 6 month
Chemotherapy treatment. I just finished my 4th month. Recently returned
to work, which is a huge difference. I get really tired towards the
afternoon and by the evening I'm exhausted. Some days I feel like I don't
even have the strength to move. My employer is very understanding and
flexible, but in the back of my mind I'm wondering if I came back too
soon???? Is this normal for Cancer patients?
