Suzanne:  You can buy non fat soy milk in various flavors, then add the
fresh fruit of your choice and blend.  Ut is yummy. tofu it has no taste, it
takes on the taste that is around it; I oven put it in my Italian dishes to
fool my husband and so far he is none the wise.  When you buy tofu if will
have receipes for dips; etc, on the box.
